Query Language for Searching Contextual Protein Primary-Secondary Structure: Preliminary Study

چکیده
Ever since the advent of bioinformatics to assist research in the research area of protein database query, there are many tools that enabled biologist to query biological databases to elucidate protein secondary structure assignment. However, currently there is a limited means that provides a query capability to search information on secondary structure from structural database in context of primary (amino acid) sequence. In this paper, we present the preliminary work of this research i.e. the review on existence methods, functionalities and the types of query entries that they provide.
